Hiire is helping Quanteam hire an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to help them bring new and exciting talent to the team!

The Role:

We are hiring an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding top tech talent, connecting the right people with the right, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments and technical roles;

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build effective hiring strategies;

  • Source top talent using both conventional and creative channels;

  • Promote structured, inclusive, and efficient interview processes across the company;

  • Provide market insights and hiring data to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition, ideally in fast-paced tech or FinTech environments;

  • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with sourcing tools/platforms;

  • Proven success in recruiting across different geographies and departments;

  • A consultative mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders;

  • Genuine passion for inclusive hiring and building diverse teams;

  • Fluency in English (French is a plus).

What they Offer:

  • This role offers a gross annual salary between 16.800€ to 33.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.

  • Permanent contract (CTI).
